Cuoca, custode delle tradizioni e creativa della cucina
Per me, cucinare è un atto d’amore. Sono cresciuta tra i profumi delle erbe aromatiche, i racconti delle nonne e i piatti che sapevano di casa. Oggi porto in cucina quella memoria, ma la reinvento con leggerezza e rispetto. Amo sperimentare partendo da ciò che il Mugello offre: prodotti freschi, stagionali, a chilometro zero. Il mio obiettivo è semplice: ogni piatto deve raccontare una storia, e lasciare un ricordo.

Ricercatore di sapori, anima itinerante e cuore del servizio
Mi piace stare in movimento, scoprire, incontrare. Sono io a cercare i piccoli produttori locali, a conoscere chi coltiva con passione, chi fa il formaggio come una volta, chi cura il vino come fosse un figlio. Credo che il buon cibo inizi fuori dalla cucina, e che ogni ingrediente meriti rispetto. Mi occupo anche dell’accoglienza, perché per me ogni cliente deve sentirsi a casa, ovunque ci troviamo. Il ristorante si sposta, ma la nostra idea di ospitalità resta sempre la stessa: genuina, sincera, viva.
